Terenui: together, let's advance health
An independent French company
Founded in 1998 by Christophe Heuberger, Terenui is now a recognized player in the critical care software market, with its Grimoires Soins Critiques range.
The company has been based in Loir-et-Cher (41) since its inception.
Our strength? A united and multidisciplinary team
The Terenui team brings together diverse and complementary backgrounds: engineers, intensive care nurses, technicians, IT experts, quality specialists... all based in France and under permanent contracts. All are united by the same goals: to innovate and improve the quality and efficiency of care.
25 years of experience in critical care software
Grimoires is a modular software solution that can be used in parts or as a whole, with a shared database:
- Grimoires Resuscitation, adults, pediatrics, neonatology.
- Grimoires Anesthesia: preoperative, intraoperative, PIMR.
- Grimoires Express, interoperability module.
The Grimoires software range is designed to manage the entire patient journey, in an intensive care unit or an anesthesia department. Grimoires records every medical event affecting the patient (scores, prescriptions of medications or tests, administration of care, monitoring, etc.). It also allows for the management of the organization of care within the department (medication administration plan, etc.).
Terenui: a company committed to quality, reliability and innovation
"Ensuring the satisfaction of our product users and guaranteeing the safety of our products, users, and patients" is the company's priority. Grimoires software was one of the first critical care software programs to be certified as a Prescription Support Software in 2015.
Prescription Assistance Software, Grimoires is a medical device bearing the CE mark, class I according to directive 93/42/EEC.
As European regulations have evolved, Terenui is now engaged in the process of obtaining CE marking for Grimoires, in accordance with regulation EU 2017/745 in class IIa. As such, it benefits from the marketing exemption period until the end of 2028.
Terenui has entrusted the AFNOR, a notified body, with the audit and certification of the technical documentation and the quality management system.
